Humble, Texas - Johnson Wagner got his first PGA Tour victory Sunday at the Houston Open. With the win, he earned his first invitation to the Masters Tournament.

Wagner came into the final round with a slim, one-shot lead but held on for a two-shot win, finishing at 16 under par.

The Amarillo, Texas, native held off Geoff Ogilvy and Chad Campbell, who both finished at 14 under par.

While Wagner will be making his first trip to Augusta as a competitor, he has played at Augusta National Golf Club before. Wagner played four years ago as a guest of his great uncle, a member.

With the victory, Wagner nearly doubled his career earnings on tour. He earned just over $1 million on Sunday.
